Position : P2 Licensed Plumber (Residential & Light Commercial)

Location : Must reside within operational territory Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Ridgefield, Wilton, Norwalk, Redding, or Westport

Compensation : $40$55 / hour (based on experience and license level)

Bonuses : Monthly performance-based bonuses

What Youll Do

• Handle residential and light commercial plumbing service calls
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including pipes, pumps, fixtures, valves, and drains
• Install plumbing components such as sinks, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and sump pumps
• Provide accurate, on-site estimates to customers and explain pricing clearly
• Troubleshoot independently using plumbing code knowledge and experience
• Use job management software (ServiceTitan or similar) for tracking, invoicing, and communication
• Collaborate with dispatchers, team members, and vendors to complete jobs efficiently
• Support the customer service team in resolving escalated service or product issues
