Technical Program Lead Responsibilities :

• Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and / or software solutions.
• Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned.
• Perform risk management and change management on projects.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.
• Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope.
• Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.
• Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan.
• Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Telecommute from home is permitted.
• Domestic and International Travel Required 5%.

Minimum Qualifications :

Public Compensation : $216,350 / year to $226,600 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
