Self-Direction DSP - Phoenix Area (Job #ME-MB)

Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a friendly young woman who enjoys camping, amusement parks, walking and spending time with her family. She is interested in developing an exercise routine and learning skills to increase her independence. She would like to live on her own in the near future and needs to improve her money management, cooking, and household cleaning and management skills. In this role, you will accompany her to a gym or on walks, and will help her to practice the skills she will need to live independently. She is seeking an upbeat, motivating individual that wants to help her achieve her goals. Please respond with a resume or summary of experience.

Hours and Days of work : The schedule would be M-F daytime hours, 1-2 days per week. Specific days and times can be worked out with the individual upon hire.

Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.
