About the Role

xAI is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish at our facility. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, tech environment and relish the opportunity to collaborate with passionate and driven co-workers, we'd love to hear from you!

This is an in-person role based in Memphis, Tennessee and will require about 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company project
• Manage the delivery of network infrastructure projects from inception through delivery
• Assist upstream planning and acquisition teams in developing infrastructure requirements, priorities, and delivery date expectations
• Serve as primary contact for engineering teams and escalate engineering management chains when delivery timelines are at risk
• Lead project status meetings while keeping downstream teams at xAI aware of project and delivery statuses
• Oversee all documentation, test results, and technical drawings while working with vendors and xAI staff to coordinate record keeping and communication
• Ensure a safe and productive work environment
