What You’ll Do Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently to cut material to size Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance Inspect and measure materials to verify accuracy against specifications Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and production schedules Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives Uphold KRB’s mission, vision, and values, demonstrate stewardship of employee ownership, and recognize the importance of safety for products, our customers, and our teammates What We’re Looking For Prior experience operating industrial saws or related equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings a strong plus Experience with Behringer or Hydmech saws a bonus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn Ready to Apply?
