Job descriptionGuide financial decisions by applying company policies and analyzing economic trends. Develop and maintain financial controls and guidelines for the district. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements. Provide financial updates and insights to senior managers and business partners. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Reconcile monthly reports and analyze district financial information. Support short- and long-term operational strategies. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. Five or more years of professional accounting experience, including two years in public accounting. MBA and bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred. Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis. Proven experience in financial project management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial colleagues. Strong time management and self-starter attitude.
