As a Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead multifaceted components of this Series A start-up's product portfolio.
This ideal individual for this role will be technically adept bridging the gap between Engineering, AI, Customer Delivery Engineering, Data Labelling Operations and more!
At this MedTech Start-Up you're not just building products; you're crafting solutions that can change the trajectory of individuals' health journeys.
Your mandate will encompass understanding intricate customer needs, crafting strategic product blueprints, assimilating essential user requirements, and driving cross-functional teams towards the seamless rollout of advanced features and systems.
Core Requirements :
- At least 5+ Years experience in Technical Program / Project Manager, ideally within a Start-Up environment.
- Experience managing third party API integrations.
- Machine Learning / Data Science experience including creating unique data sets, managing evolving real-time pipeline architecture.
- 5+ Years Experience working with Electronic Health Records.
Your Role Responsibilities :
- Guide the complete life cycle of intricate technical initiatives, harmonizing them with organizational objectives through in-depth analysis of technology architecture and system design, translating hurdles into actionable strategies.
- Direct interdisciplinary teams and collaborators, defining explicit ownership, responsibility, and prioritizing assignments for consistent advancement and reliability in program implementation.
- Advocate for creativity and productivity by simplifying procedures, fostering ongoing enhancements, and navigating uncertainties with pre-emptive plans to protect project delivery.
- Cultivate and sustain robust connections with stakeholders and top-tier leadership, evolving into a dependable consultant for strategic program deployment and risk control.
- Coach and nurture emerging talent in program administration, disseminating optimal approaches and supporting their advancement within the company.
- Stay updated on industry shifts, emerging technologies, and progressions in program management to continually refine and elevate program tactics and execution.
