Job Title : Project Assistant

A leading interior design firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Assistant to provide administrative and project coordination support throughout all phases of the design process. This role is integral to ensuring smooth project execution—from concept development through installation—and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow within a creative, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and logistical support for design projects from development through installation.
- Create, track, and maintain project documentation including quotes, client proposals, job sheets, and project schedules.
- Maintain organized and accurate client files, drawings, schedules, and material samples.
- Assist in preparing the design team for client presentations, including assembling client binders and creating PowerPoint decks.
- Support Designers with project and installation schedules, as well as post-installation punch lists.
- Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, mailing, copying, courier coordination, and running errands as needed.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors, contractors, architects, and installers.Communicate clearly and efficiently to ensure accuracy in the creation and completion of custom designs and orders.Assist in coordinating and attending on-site project installations when needed.Systems & Studio Management
Set up new projects in Studio Designer, including creating job sheets by room.Maintain digital and physical project organization systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy.Support the design team with special assignments and studio-wide initiatives as required.Qualifications
2–3+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment.Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Strong attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional prioritization skills.Polished professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Positive, collaborative attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
