The Loss Mitigation Processor is responsible for monitoring the servicing of loan modifications from trial plan initiation through final modification conversion. This includes tracking trial plan payments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to investors and agencies, and calculating final modification terms. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, as accuracy is critical when finalizing loan modification terms and preparing accounts for quality assurance review. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires strong communication and collaboration skills to build effective working relationships within the loss mitigation team and across departments.
