Job Description
To ensure proper servicing of all banquet functions and assist in the operation and management of the banquet department; to disseminate information on event orders, to service and set-up personnel insuring accurate, timely functions as well as professional and courteous service. Responsible for up-selling and attaining pre-determined labor goals, and supervision of all food & beverage related events on and off property.

Qualifications
Enforcement and adhere to all liquor laws. Must become winequest certified. Must have alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certification. Maintain liquor as per par level, make requisitions daily for bottle to bottle exchange. 2-3 years of previous high-volume banquet experience is required. High School Degree or Equivalent; some college preferred. Exceptional people skills preferred. Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform professionally under high levels of stress. Computer skills required. Flexibility in availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
