Regional Director of Sales, The Carolinas
SI-BONE is focused on helping patients in one of the most under-served, under-diagnosed, and under-treated areas in orthopedics, the sacroiliac (SI) joint. SI-BONE developed an innovative, patented implant to fuse the SI joint. The iFuse Implant System provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date.

General Responsibilities :
Report to the Area VP of SalesSell products by managing and expanding customer base and identifying new customer opportunitiesManage all Territory Managers and Territory Associates in their assigned regionProvide positive mentoring to ensure that company goals and objectives are achievedEstablish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for their assigned region in support of national objectivesMeet with key leaders in spine to drive company business and acceptance of SIJ diagnosis and treatmentDrive revenue to meet company objectives in a cost-effective manner with a focus on budget managementResponsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory requirementsAct and conduct company business in an honest, ethical and strictly legal mannerSpecific Responsibilities :
Establish rapport and a solid working relationship with all corporate and field employeesDevelop plans that detail how the regional team members can meet / exceed sales goals and quotasWork closely with senior management to align priorities and create a sense of urgency to ensure successful endpoints are achieved and timelines are metExecute and refine the selling strategy in their assigned regionDevelop rapport with key leaders in the spine fieldAchieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviewsFoster a positive team environment with a focus on coaching and development of all direct reportsResponsible for management of implant shelf life and instrument sets provided to themPrepare demonstrations and present products representing the company at trade showsMonitor and evaluate the competition and suggest new products that will help expand the company's businessIn the event of potential non-compliance with applicable standards or regulations, the employee has the authority to hold any product or Quality documentation from shipment or further processingSupport the SI-BONE Quality SystemKnowledge, Education and Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management with focus in Sales and MarketingExperience in orthopedics is highly desired. Spine experience also a plusExperience working with independent surgical dealershipsExpertise :
Currently or recently served in sales management of a high-growth, medical device organization whose products are marketed to a medical specialty practice and worked in that capacity for a minimum of 5 yearsHigh level of interpersonal skills : influencing, resolving conflict, and creative problem solvingAbility to make effective presentations to cross functional areas of the company, and to outside healthcare professionalsA history of successfully managing relationships at all levels of the organizationPossess a consistent career history of strong, effective mentoring and team buildingA results-oriented team member, skilled in working with outside healthcare professionalsStrong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and complete projectsEffective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and apply creative solutions to challengesPossess a high level of energy and collaborative management styleStrong customer focusAvailable to travel extensivelyKnowledge and familiarity of applicable regulations / standards as required to perform the job function
