As Sales Director, you will :

• Manage sales metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, closing sales (deposits), and move-ins.
• Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process.
• Conduct virtual and in-person tours of the community for professionals and community influencers.
• Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources.
• Report on sales, marketing and occupancy activity and maintain an up-to-date CRM database.
