Overview — Sales Director
The Sales Director will play a critical role in driving Onyx’s revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities in the US. You will respond to inbound inquiries, proactively develop new sales prospects, and follow up on leads generated by the pre-sales team to close deals. You will design and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets, ensure smooth client transitions into service delivery, manage the full sales cycle, track opportunities in Salesforce, and report on key operational KPIs. The role requires strong negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships that contribute to Onyx’s long-term growth.
