  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that meet sales quotas and targets.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closing sales, including delivery and payment collection where applicable.
  • Prospect for potential customers via direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods like networking.
  • Manage client relationships with key decision makers, building trust and understanding their overall business goals.
  • Position FPT as a strategic IT partner and identify opportunities for IT solution implementation.
  • Qualify prospects based on company criteria for ideal customers and sales potential.
  • Consult with prospects on business challenges, requirements, and the benefits of various options.
  • Maintain relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.
  • Draft and deliver proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and product specialists to address customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain territory and key account plans to meet sales targets and identify value opportunities.
  • Report on sales activities regularly, ideally daily, and keep detailed notes in CRM tools.
  • Provide sales forecasts and work with delivery teams to address issues proactively.
  • Build strong relationships with third-party and partner companies.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
  • Offer feedback to sales management on sales cycle improvements, branding, and market trends.
  • Identify sales support needs and work with marketing to enhance sales tools.
  • Represent the company positively in the marketplace and conduct all activities professionally and with integrity.

Qualifications

  • BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and client acquisition.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the software services industry and solutions.
  • Experience selling IT services such as Digital Transformation, cloud migration, managed services, and engineering services.
  • Sales experience in Banking & Finance, Insurance, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors.
