Regional Sales Director – Post Acute Services

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director talent to lead sales operations in Texas.
Base Pay Range
$115,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

Job Duties :
Develop a high-performance team through effective management, organization, development and motivation of personnel.Work closely with Senior Management, providing vision and business focus to branch sales team.Develop comprehensive business plans for branch locations to meet overall business objectives.Oversee the implementation of services that meet the customers’ needs and organizational goals. Encourage new product ideas and foster a shared understanding of market concepts that are pertinent to target markets.Coach, motivate and direct Sales team in generating new accounts and revenue streams while achieving annual sales quota.Develop and maintain key strategic regional and executive relationships with key accounts, target accounts and manufacturing.Ensure that revenue objectives are met or exceeded. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to maximize and develop the company’s sales.Set and monitor sales and marketing strategic direction and growth strategies (including new business and new therapies or products).Ensure the development of sales and marketing programs and improvement initiatives that support business objectives.Establish and monitor key indicators and other tools that measure accountability in the area of sales; monitor efficiency of sales team operation.Monitor competition within region and develop plans to impede competitive advances.Understand payer environment and demonstrate ability to manage payer mix.Requirements :
Minimum of seven years sales experience in the healthcare market and a minimum of three years in sales management.Demonstrated experience in working within dynamic, fast growth organizations, preferably in the home health, hospice or infusion sectors.Skilled in sales management, sales training, reporting, customer relationship management and creating a sustainable platform for future growth and expansion.Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Past record of adaptability, managing change, shifting paradigms and creativity.General business and financial acumen, with comprehensive understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, sales metrics, workflows and process management.Seniority Level
