We make businesses CRISP on the phone. We are looking for a high energy, high performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our quarterly and annual sales quotas, customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The regional sales director’s responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. The sales director’s duties will include hitting quarterly and annual sales targets, building customer relationships and leading and developing a team of Account Executives (AEs).
THIS ROLE IS DALLAS-BASED AND REQUIRES WORKING 5 DAYS IN THE COMPANY'S DALLAS HEADQUARTERS LOCATED IN THE SHOPS AT PARK LANE.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives to own and meet / exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Lead and develop the Account Executive team by providing clear direction, feedback, coaching and recruiting key talent.
- Drive execution of the Call Box Sales Playbook.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations tailored to large and key prospects’ needs and priorities.
- Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve team objectives.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience leading a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to plan and execute strong strategies.
- Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team.
- Ability to manage and delegate the sales team.
- High level of understanding of the market.
- Ability to recognize and recruit sales representatives who will be successful.
