Accounts Payable Specialist – Queens, NY

Join a mid-sized real estate development & property management firm with a $100M+ portfolio and $200M+ large-scale projects in the pipeline. We're growing our Queens team and looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Own the full AP cycle—from coding and approvals to timely payments.

Manage vendor invoices, expense reports, and rent payments across multiple properties.

Partner with property managers to confirm services and contractor invoices.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly.

Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.

What You Bring

2–3 years of AP experience, ideally in property management.

Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or similar systems (plus solid Excel skills).

Strong attention to detail and knack for solving discrepancies.

Clear communication skills and ability to juggle deadlines with ease.
