Who Were Looking For

Were on the hunt for a creative, go-getting Content Marketing Specialist. Youll be crafting posts, taking photos, creating videos, and even starring in them sometimesso youve gotta be cool with being in front of the camera!

What Youll Do

Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) by staying on top of trends and creating fresh, engaging content.

Create digital assets ranging from eye-catching graphics to videos that showcase our landscaping services, garden center goodies, and cool events.

Be both behind the camera and in front of itsometimes, youll be the face of Franz Witte in our videos!

Help plan and pull off company events like parties, fundraisers, and meetings (and yes, that might mean working the occasional weekend or evening).

Write and design company newsletters to keep the team updated on events, safety news, and general company happenings.

Jump into conversations with our followers, reply to comments, and keep an eye on our reviews.

Design visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365.

Use project management software like Asana, Monday, Trello, or Microsoft Tasks to organize your work.

Help out with email marketingthink catchy copy, cool designs, and scheduled sends using platforms like Mailchimp.

Brainstorm and collaborate with the marketing team on new, exciting ideas.

Who You Are

Youre a team player with a curious mindyou may not be able to explain a marketing funnel or build a website from scratch, but youre eager to learn more about all of our marketing channels and grow your skills.

Youre highly organized and love using project management tools like Asana, Monday, Trello, or Microsoft Tasks to stay on top of tasks and deadlines.

Youre confident creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and excited to explore new ways to engage our audience.

Youve got a way with words and a unique point of view.

You know your way around a camera and can edit photos and videos with artistic flair.

Youre tech-savvy and love using new technologywhether its a video drone, a 360-degree camera, an AI tool, or whatever shiny new thing comes next!

Youre familiar with design software like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and WordPress.

Youre cool with being on camera and representing our brand in videos.

You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines like a boss.
