Patient Resource Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Resource Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, friendly, and professional greeting to callers

Answer a high volume of inbound calls, averaging 80-130 calls per day

Assist callers with selecting providers, scheduling appointments, and preparing for their first appointment

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent Required

American Association Medical Assistants (AAMA) Certification Required

1 Year of medical office experience Preferred
