Hourly rate range $24.25 - $26.50 / an hour based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support Project Management Software Administration : Ensure continuous alignment of the Project Management software with Project Management Methodology across processes, standards, deliverables, and operational cadences necessary to ensure consistent project execution. Serve as the PM software Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide training for leaders and team members and maintain "How to Guides".
- Maintain, update, and publish PM software standards.
Support Project Management Office (PMO) Dept with the following responsibilities PMO Support :
Provide oversight and governance of PMO organizational standards and processes, as well as publishing quarterly reports.Manage the PMO shared network folder.Maintain and update the PMO SharePoint Site monthly.L10 Meeting Support Document and maintain L10 meeting process.Train leaders and team members in EOS L10 meeting process.Conduct multiple EOS L10 audits to ensure format adherence Quarterly Rock Support Manage, document, and maintain Quarterly Rock creation and publication process.Quarterly Executive Meetings and Quarterly Leadership Team Meetings Coordinate and setup meetings quarterly and leadership meetings as assigned.Support quarterly meetings facilitator(s) as needed.Consolidate and distribute quarterly meeting documentation.Franchise Administration Support Assist in the preparation, tracking (compliance status reports), and distribution of franchise and related legal documentation by managing digital filing and document storage systems (Zoho, DocuSign, Excel, SharePoint), ensuring organization and version control.Prepare and distribute compliance letters and notices to franchise owners, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and timely delivery in accordance with franchise agreement or operating manual requirements.Assist in the annual Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) update and filing process.Assist with internal, external, and franchise owner communications (Outlook, Teams, or RingCentral) and follow-up on tasks.Education and Experience :
Associates Degree Required Minimum two years experience of project coordinator or administrative experience required.Minimum of two years of project management software experience required.Two plus years of project management experience and proficient use of Project Management methodologies preferred.Working towards a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer welcoming candidates from all backgrounds and industries to apply.
