We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This role involves supervising general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and journal entries, while managing and mentoring a team of accountants and clerks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants and clerks to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to support business initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and support audit readiness.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00 / hr.
