We are currently working with a well-established CPA firm based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, that is seeking an Audit Manager to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity offering onsite and hybrid work arrangements after onboarding.
What's the role?
As an Audit Manager, you'll be a key member of the accounting and auditing team, managing engagements and client relationships while delivering high-quality work. This role provides a clear career path opportunity for an ambitious professional who enjoys mentoring staff, working directly with clients, and growing within a collaborative firm.
Your responsibilities will include :
Leading and performing audit, review, and compilation engagements.
Managing multiple projects and client deadlines while monitoring time spent.
Building strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and providing recommendations.
Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
Traveling locally to client locations as needed.
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
CPA license required .
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with accounting coursework (or comparable experience).
5–7 years of accounting and audit experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, driven, and able to work collaboratively.
Experience with Thomson Reuters software a plus.

What will my schedule look like?
Onsite in Lancaster, PA during onboarding (first 6 months).
After onboarding : Hybrid schedule available (up to 3 remote days per week).
37.5-hour work weeks in the off-season and up to 55 hours during busy season .
