What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Provide technical assistance related to Yardi property management software and property operations through the helpdeskSupport new Yardi software version releases and assist with system testing and user transitionDeliver one-on-one training via phone or web meeting to enhance user knowledge of the softwareSet up new user profiles, passwords, and assist with onboarding processesInstall and support check scanners for properties and assist with software conversionsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
High School diploma or GED requiredOn-site experience with general knowledge of Yardi softwareMinimum of two years of related business experience or two years of collegeExceptional organizational skills and a solid foundation in computer knowledgeStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Proficient in Yardi with a strong understanding of its functionalitiesFamiliarity with Rent Café property settings to optimize user experienceExperience with Knock CRM systemDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and ability to thrive under pressureExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
