Job Position Description :
Community Action is seeking a dedicated and highly organized bilingual (English / Spanish) Emergency Rent Program Specialist to join our team and help support our mission. This crucial administrative and coordinating role is the first point of contact for individuals seeking emergency rent assistance and is key to the efficient operation and compliance of our program.

Abbreviated Duties List :
- Act as the primary coordinator for all Emergency Rent activities and special projects, ensuring program compliance and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Take the lead on developing and maintaining data quality processes, running data quality reports, and distributing information for necessary corrections. Develop and generate reports for the program leadership team.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for individuals, processing prevention referrals, approvals, and service entries. Oversee the functioning of program systems, including online and partner-organization requests.
- Act as the key liaison between the program and other internal teams, as well as external community partners. Keep program supervisors and staff current on agency-related IT system changes.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, reserving locations, and taking meeting minutes.
Abbreviated Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in detailed data management and reporting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Advanced proficiency in technology tools, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.), databases, and spreadsheets (including formulas and tables).Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks of competing priority with high accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both oral and written).What Will Make You Stand Out :
