We are looking for multiple Customer Solutions Coordinators . These are 6+ month contract to possible hire opportunities in Irvine, CA.
PC’s work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.
What you’ll do?
The Customer Solutions Coordinator is committed to delivering seamless customer experiences, overseeing, and owning the entire order-to-cash process from post-sale to coffee equipment installation.
Our focus is on supporting project-based installations, daily business orders, and processing service contracts and orders with efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactive Communication
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates on timelines, scope changes, and any new information impacting the project and order fulfilment.
- Serve as a central point of contact for all project- and order-related inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
End-to-End Ownership
- Process sales orders in SAP and service work orders in Sales Force, taking full ownership of the process.
- Monitor customer orders and projects, coordinating all stakeholders (customer, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams) to ensure smooth installation workflows and order fulfilment.
Timely Project Completion and order fulfilment
Drive towards on-time completion of all installation projects and order fulfilment, proactively addressing any obstacles or delays that may arise.
Information Management
Maintain meticulous records of all project- and order related information including master data, ensuring documentation is current and easily accessible.

What you need to be successful in this role :
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer facing roles, administrative support, sales support, or similar project support role preferred.
- Solid computer skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate knowledge of Excel; experience using shared system resources (e.g. SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong math aptitude with regards to calculating discounts, interest, percentages, and ratios.
- Able to multi-task accurately under pressure with exceptional flexibility.
- Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of our systems, processes, and customer requirements
- Demonstrated ability to understand & effectively use SAP, Sales Force or systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, self-motivator.
- Detail oriented, organized, & effective planner.
- Goal / results focused and highly accountable.
- Team player with a LEAN mindset seeing opportunities rather than problems.

Overview :
Workplace type : Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Irvine, CA
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC : $23 / hour to $25 / hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and / or experience.
