Financial Analyst
Financial Planning & Analysis : Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Analyze monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to identify trends and variances. Prepare and present financial reports and performance updates to senior leadership.
Accounting & Compliance : Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Operational Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) to align financial goals with business objectives. Evaluate product development costs, manufacturing expenses, and sales performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
Reporting & Communication : Create ad-hoc reports and financial analyses for internal stakeholders. Interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial audiences. Assist in developing presentations for executive leadership and external partners.

Qualifications : Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred). Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. Skills & Tools : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of Camby, IN. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.85 / hr.
