Genesis Exhibits is a world-class trade show exhibit / branded environment design & manufacturing group with an extraordinary 38 year history, based in North Carolina, serving clients around the globe. Our fast-paced, high-volume team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support high-visibility projects and related program tasks.

Ideal candidates will team with multiple departments and resources to craft detailed product estimates in alignment with client goals and company policy. Coordinate multiple, overlapping, trade show booth and event service projects with aggressive deadlines. Successfully support complex, high-visibility client project and program tasks.

Responsibilities Include :

• Managing event logistics
• Estimating projects and producing client quotations
• Identifying and qualifying new vendors
• Publishing and managing timelines
• Coordinating workflow with labor support
• Tracking product inventory and shipments
• Managing Art Production process
• Maintaining and sharing client and project data through our Asset Management software
• Proactively updating clients and our Sales, Design, and Service Teams via telephone, email, and Zoom Meetings

Desired Education, Skills and Experience :

This is a remote position however applicants may opt to work from our new High Point, North Carolina headquarters. Occasional travel may be required. Salary will depend upon experience and education.
