About the Role
The Company is in search of a Global Head of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing, PR, and social media strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving brand growth and ensuring a cohesive global presence that resonates with audiences worldwide. This role is pivotal in delivering meaningful growth in the US market and providing essential support to select global territories. The Global Head of Marketing will lead a small, collaborative team, and is expected to be a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset, executive presence, and strong stakeholder management skills. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in global marketing leadership, with a proven track record in brand and franchise strategy, preferably within the entertainment, media, or consumer brands sector. Expertise in social media marketing, particularly for the kids and family audience, and deep knowledge of YouTube analytics and community building are essential. The role requires an agile leader who can pivot quickly in fast-paced environments, and a strong people leader with experience in managing and mentoring diverse, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams. The Global Head of Marketing will be responsible for establishing and leading marketing capabilities, managing the marketing budget, and driving alignment across the marketing organization to ensure the successful launch of programs with a strong ROI.
