Job descriptionCoordinate customer schedules, onboarding sessions, and follow-up activities Arrange internal and external meetings for Customer Success teams Assist with customer inquiries and provide responsive communication in both Korean and English Support inside sales tasks such as preparing quotes, updating CRM records, and tracking leads Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Several years of hands-on accounting experience Fluent in Korean and English (written & verbal) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting sales functions Experience with accounting tools or CRM systems a plus Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive work style Work with a growing company in the logistics technology sector Collaborating with a global, multicultural team Opportunity to contribute to both operational excellence and customer success A dynamic environment where your expertise makes a direct impact

Accounting Operations
- Manage daily accounting tasks including A / P, A / R, invoicing, general ledger entries, and reconciliations
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare daily accounting reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
