Dermatology & Dermatopathology Locums Job in Georgia Clinic

Overview

A growing dermatology practice in Georgia is seeking a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist to provide ongoing locum tenens coverage. This outpatient role blends clinical dermatology with dermatopathology responsibilities in a well-supported, high-volume setting. The practice features its own lab and a collaborative team. You’ll work Monday through Thursday from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM and Fridays from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM. The lab processes approximately 100 specimens daily, while the clinical team sees around 40 patients each per day. Coverage is needed for 2–4 weeks per month, with a focus on quality care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical dermatology services and dermatopathology responsibilities in an outpatient setting; collaborate with a lab-led workflow; contribute to high-volume patient care and specimen processing; participate in team-based care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified dermatologist
• Board-certified dermatopathologist
• Georgia license or eligible
• Locum Tenens experience or interest
