Senior Sales Representative
The company is looking for five senior sales representatives who are full-cycle closers to help grow their business. These candidates should have a neutral English accent, proven cold-calling experience, and be willing to work part-time for one to two months, with the potential for a full-time transition. The goal is to close five to ten contracts per week and make 100-200 cold calls daily.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align strategies and maximize market impact.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster growth and performance.
