Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with system integrations and data governance is a plus.
Overview
Liberty Personnel is seeking a CRM Project Manager with hands-on experience implementing and managing DealCloud to lead CRM initiatives at a top AM Law firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of DealCloud across the firm.
- Collaborate with BD, IT, and practice leaders to define CRM needs and priorities.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee data integrity, integrations, and user adoption.
- Provide training and support to attorneys and staff.
- Track system performance and suggest improvements.
