Capital Market Domain Project Manager

1. Proven experience in program management with a focus on delivering complex projects

2. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodology and frameworks (scrum, kanban, etc.)

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels

5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively

6. Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting

7. Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are preferred
