This position would start out as a longterm contract onsite @ the client's healthcare facility in The Bronx.
Mon - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Our client is looking for a HR Assistant with experience in ADP Workforce Now would manage employee data, track recruitment activities, and maintain employee records within the system, including status changes and terminations. They would also assist with event planning, such as benefits enrollment and employee recognition. This role also involves ensuring data integrity, supporting employee file management, and assisting with various HR tasks like compliance, training, and communication.
Requirements :
At least 1 year of Human Resources experience required
Clinical Recruiting experience preferred
Experience in ADP Workforce Now
Healthcare experience
