Material Handler

The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting our operations by managing both inbound and outbound material flow. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials, components, and finished goods in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to logistics support, the Material Handler will assist with production-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process at our Lebanon facility. There are positions on 1st shift (Monday through Friday) and 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday).

Responsibilities :

• Process all tasks associated with customer sales orders.
• Adhere to FIFO in the warehouse for finished goods and raw materials.
• Assist in the covering of production with raw materials needed for making products, and the put away of finished goods from production to the warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety rules.
• Follow all Quality Management rules for the facility.
• Pay strong attention to detail.
• Report all inventory discrepancies to management.
• Ensure all forklifts are on battery chargers at the end of the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Work Environment :

The work environment is temperature-controlled and extremely clean, as it is a food production location. Employees are required to wear lab coats, hairnets, beard nets, gloves, and shoe covers.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $44720.00 / yr.
