Key Responsibilities
Manage Keystone-specific delivery functions including hardware, OS, and software updates
Conduct planning and execution for upgrades, migrations, and best practices recommendations
Provide advanced technical support and diagnose complex issues related to Keystone products
Required Qualifications
12+ years of relevant technical support experience
Extensive hands-on experience with networking protocols and storage technologies
Experience with virtualization and cloud solutions
Familiarity with ancillary technologies such as DNS and Active Directory
Established track record of collaborating with senior stakeholders
