Program Manager Intern

Transform complex business challenges into innovative solutions at the heart of Amazon's dynamic ecosystem. As a Program Manager Intern, you'll drive strategic initiatives that directly impact customer experiences and shape the future of global operations across multiple business lines.

Role and team placement are based on business needs and as Amazon continues to grow and flex, we are looking for candidates who want to own, build and impact the customer experience rather than are tied to a specific role or team. Internship start dates will be between May - June 2026 for a 12-week, consecutive internship.

Key job responsibilities :

• Manage comprehensive cross-functional programs with significant organizational impact
• Develop holistic program strategies and tactically guide teams toward strategic objectives
• Analyze complex data sets and drive quantifiable improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to prioritize and advance critical business initiatives
• Identify and mitigate potential operational gaps and risks across teams and systems

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55.48 / hr in our lowest geographic market up to $88.94 / hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
