The MLDP internship launches your journey into Amazon's retail leadership pipeline. Beginning as a senior vendor manager intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in P&L ownership and strategic business management. Upon successfully completing your MBA and joining full-time, you'll embark on a structured three-year leadership development journey. The program starts with a year as senior vendor manager, followed by a year as senior product manager, and concludes with a year as senior supply chain manager. Each one-year rotation is designed to build comprehensive retail leadership capabilities while delivering immediate business impact.
