The Role

As Aftermarket Manager, you'll drive the growth and delivery of our aftermarket business, ensuring exceptional service to customers while advancing sustainable, profitable solutions. You'll lead a team, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate across sales and product lines to expand SRP's tools, parts, and services offerings.

You'll be responsible for :

• Developing and executing the segment aftermarket strategy aligned with SRP's global goals.
• Driving growth through performance contracts, service center management, and digital service solutions.
• Building and mentoring a high-performing team while ensuring long-term competence development.
• Partnering closely with customers to solve challenges and deliver added value.
• Ensuring business objectives are met by balancing customer satisfaction with financial performance.
