Base Pay Range

$200.00 / hr (equivalent to $400,000 / year for a full‑time 40‑hour week)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the CTO for one or more educational products, managing core competencies and enhancing business value through strategic execution.
• Oversee architecture, technical strategy, and AI integration of our entire learning system.
• Make decisive technical trade‑offs to keep products lean, scalable, and focused on student outcomes.
• Implement generative AI technologies to automate and optimize engineering processes.

Working With Us
