Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist will directly assist our walk-in customers and closely coordinate with our outside sales team, drivers, and warehouse personnel to fulfill our customers' needs efficiently. This role involves providing counter sales, phone support, and comprehensive help to our customers. Qualifications :

• Proven experience in assisting customers with purchasing needs, whether in-person or over the phone.
• Enthusiasm and / or experience in creating new sales opportunities through outreach to potential customers.
• Intermediate computer proficiency for entering sales orders and processing transactions using company software.
• Dependable, safe, and a collaborative team player.
• A positive attitude aligned with our Make Money and Have Fun! culture.
• Possess a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, driving record check, and a pre-employment drug test.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not mandatory.
