Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and deliver solutions.
Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.

A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Competitive base salary ranging from $108,000 to $132,000, depending on experience.
