Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced business professional to coordinate the implementation of Collateral Management for all new Alpha Clients. As an integrated component of the front to back Alpha services, we offer our clients flexible collateral solutions and capabilities to deal with an ever-changing landscape. The product suite includes end-to-end collateral management, administration and servicing, analytics and optimization.

This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning and analysis to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will work collaboratively with regional and global cross-business partners and cross-organizational support functions (e.g., Sales, Onboarding, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance).

Drive Implementation Strategy

• Develop relationships with key client contacts and ensure State Street is viewed as an integral, long-term partner
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Set clear project goals and track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Salary Range : $125,000 - $200,000 Annual
