Key Responsibilities
Lead the Strategic Partnership Program by developing co-marketing plans and securing partnerships with key accounts
Scale the Customer Speaker Program by recruiting and enabling customer advocates for various events
Align advocacy efforts with go-to-market initiatives by integrating customer stories into campaigns and events
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or marketing program management in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to own strategy and execution of customer advocacy programs
Highly effective at relationship building and managing customer experiences
Exceptional storytelling skills with a focus on data-driven insights
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution or equivalent experience required
