Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced  Lead .NET Full Stack Developer  to manage the complete software development life cycle and lead a team in delivering scalable, high-quality applications. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in  .NET Core, Azure Cloud, Microservices, and modern front-end frameworks  with hands-on experience working in an  onsite Agile / DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end software development life cycle (Agile / DevOps).
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications and APIs using .NET Core and related technologies.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Implement automation tools and CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Architect and build cloud-native solutions on  Azure (Serverless and Containerized environments).
• Guide and mentor team members on coding standards, best practices, and technical problem-solving.
• Analyze complex software issues, propose solutions, and develop tools to prevent reoccurrence.
• Conduct system testing and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Oversee code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
• Continuously improve development processes, workflows, and architecture standards.
