Construction Project Manager – Multifamily
The Project Manager will oversee multifamily construction and renovation projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, this role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors across a portfolio that spans several states. Travel to project sites is expected (1–2 days per week, including occasional out-of-state travel).
