Knight Law Group is expanding and looking for a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team in Roseville. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring substantial courtroom and litigation experience, strategic insight, and a leadership mindset. Role

This role is designed for an attorney with 8–10+ years of litigation experience, capable of managing a complex caseload independently while also mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with senior leadership on firm strategy. The right candidate will possess excellent writing, argumentation, and case development skills, with a strong grasp of trial preparation and motion practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, from case intake through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research, draft and edit pleadings, motions, briefs, and related filings
• Evaluate case strengths and weaknesses to develop and refine litigation strategy
• Lead witness interviews, depositions, and client communication
• Collaborate with and supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff
• Review and edit written work product from attorneys and non-attorney team members
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
• Manage multiple active matters with competing priorities
• Work closely with managing partners to support firm initiatives and case development

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Roseville office. Office environment is professional, fast-paced, and team-oriented. Travel within California may occasionally be required for court appearances or depositions.
