Job descriptionJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active California Bar license required At least 7 years of experience handling employment law matters, including harassment, discrimination, and FEHA cases Ability to independently manage a caseload of single-plaintiff employment matters from intake through resolution Strong skills in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Experience representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach Familiarity with additional employment law areas such as wage & hour or wrongful termination Collaborative, compassionate, and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to client advocacy

Our client, a highly respected employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Law Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for employees facing workplace challenges and contribute to meaningful legal outcomes in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Senior Employment Law Attorney Benefits and Compensation :
