• 4‐day work week ‐‐ 7 : 30 am ‐ 5 pm with paid admin time
• 24 ‐ 30 patient encounters per shift
• Outpatient dermatology clinic setting
• Required procedures include phototherapy, biopsy, excision, and cryosurgery
• 1.5 hours of admin time provided daily
• 30‐minute lunch break provided
• 4 patients scheduled per hour
