What Youll Do

• Support the full product development lifecycle , acting as the bridge between Design and Production teams.
• Enter, track, and analyze costing data for all styles, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage sampling and prototype timelines , coordinating with mills and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Initiate and monitor Time & Action calendars to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Communicate regularly with vendors and internal partners to maintain data accuracy and deadline compliance .
• Support internal systems and processes related to product development and execution.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail .
• Experience working with product development, production, or merchandising teams in an apparel or retail environment.
• Proficiency with data entry, cost analysis, and vendor communication tools .
